Cancellation Policy


  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Return & Exchange Policy


At Vasanki, customer satisfaction is our priority. Returns and exchanges are available only for eligible products.

  • Return/exchange eligibility may vary depending on the product.
  • Eligible return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Please refer to the product page for any product-specific conditions.


Exchange Eligibility


Exchange requests are accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Size-related issues (subject to availability)


To Be Eligible for Exchange


The product must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Be free from perfume, makeup stains, alterations, or any customer-caused damage.
  • Be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • Be eligible for only one exchange per order.


Refund Policy


Refunds are provided only in the following situations:

  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Missing item in the shipment
  • Verified manufacturing defect

Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.


Refunds Will Not Be Applicable For


Refunds cannot be provided in the following cases:

  • Size or fitting issues
  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners
  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order products
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags


Reverse Pickup & Shipping


  • Reverse pickup is subject to service availability at your location.
  • Shipping charges may apply for exchanges due to size selection.
  • No shipping charges will be charged if the return is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged product sent by Vasanki.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must self-ship the product to our return address.


Important Return Guidelines


  • Products must be returned in their original condition.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, perfume, stains, or alterations will not be accepted.
  • Return or exchange requests submitted after the eligible period will not be considered.
  • Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.


Unboxing Video Requirement


For claims related to:

  • Wrong product
  • Missing items
  • Damaged products
  • Manufacturing defects

An unedited unboxing video, recorded from the moment the package is opened, is mandatory. This helps us verify claims quickly and ensures a fair resolution.


Quality Inspection


  • Every returned item undergoes a quality inspection before approval.
  • Vasanki reserves the right to approve or reject return or exchange requests based on the product's condition.
